If you are traveling to Sipalay from Bacolod, you can either take a direct bus to Sipalay or take a Ceres bus en route to Hinobaan and alight at Sipalay. To help you plan your trip to Sipalay, here is the Ceres Bus Schedule at North Terminal as of May 2018. Thanks to the kind staff of Ceres Bus in Bacolod who showed me the info below. Ceres Bus has pretty clean terminals in Negros especially in Dumaguete.
